In business since 1997, Advanced Filtration Concepts is a Distributor and Manufacturer's Representative for Industrial and HVAC Air Filters. Our filters are used in applications such as Hospitals, Universities, Government Facilities, Museums, Airports, GT Power Plants, Commercial Buildings and others. Over 10 years of experience. AFC is the largest stocking distributor of industrial air filters in Southern California.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
� Create and maintain graphical elements, templates, and other files related to web and graphic design including coordinating content generation and updates for the corporate Web site.
� Manage the implementation and maintenance of the email marketing strategy including creating and maintaining email templates, graphics, e-mail address groups, etc. 
� Create and implement monthly E-marketing campaigns from concept to completion 
� Keep abreast of industry changes and drive corporate thinking for future enhancements to provide input and direction regarding best practices in Web marketing, branding, execution and planning.
� Conduct Test and Learn alternatives such as valuable keywords and visuals to attain high search engine optimization rankings for internet marketing.  Ability to report to Sr. Management results of testing using tools such as Google Analytics. 
� Some IT and computer network maintenance; act as liaison with outside IT vendors.

Qualifications
� AA, prefer BA or current student; IT, Computer Programming/Digital/Graphic design preferred
� Two or more years of hands-on web design experience designing interactive websites, landing pages, online forms, client portal creation experience, internet based marketing, and other online and intranet related creative projects (will consider student experience). 
� Solid working knowledge of (X) HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash-including Action Script, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Illustrator 
� Direct experience with Search Engine Optimization and Marketing, both organic and pay-per-click, and the ability to perform cost-effective results from major search engines 
�Good problem solving, systems analysis, and good written communication skills 
� Capable of managing an entire project from start to finish with minimal supervision 
� Web Portfolio required 

Position details
Web-based communications; responsible for planning, executing and evaluating e-marketing communications. Create and maintain AFC�s websites, web advertising campaigns, search engine optimization. Evaluate visitor trends and traffic sources; SEO, etc. 

Benefits/Salary 
 Advanced Filtration Concepts provides their team with a generous benefits package including job security (of great value in today�s economy), medical, and dental. $15 per hour (depending upon experience) details discussed during interview process. Full-time hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
